AMTRA Aero Component Solutions, LLC. acquires initial aircraft for teardown

 September 20, 2024, Tulsa, Oklahoma; AMTRA Aero Component Solutions LLC, a newly formed affiliate company of AMTRA Aero, LLC., has executed a sales and purchase agreement to acquire MSN 3069. MSN 3069 is an A319-100 currently in storage. The aircraft will be parted out on site and delivered to AMTRA’s storage facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma by November 2024. “This is the first of hopefully many aircraft we acquire to build up our inventory of parts to support our global customers”, said Pablo Aguirre, Chief Commercial Officer of AMTRA Aero Component Solutions, LLC.
